ABOUT THE HANDLER
· Special Dog Handler for Explosive Detection Dogs
· Emergency Nurse
· Flight Nurse
· Remote Medic
For the last 20 years I have been training dogs and also worked as an emergency nurse and flight nurse.
The past 10 years I have expanded my nursing skills globally.
Some of my endeavors included cruise ships, geological science ships, Saudi Arabia, United Emirates and also I had the privilege to serve as a remote medic in Iraq for the British Consulate.
These different experiences made it very clear to me that the quality of safety and security is rare and should not be taken for granted.
It takes a certain kind of person to take on that challenge to protect others and in addition to improve their knowledge and skills in the field of explosive detection.
I currently work as a civilian employee for the US Military here in Germany.

Upon my return back home I realized the great need for safety and security in our society.
Luckily I had a new partner - Info von der Donnerbrücke (“IKE”) my German Sheppard.
His talent and natural joy searching, allowed me to excel in explosive detection.
Ziva is new to the team. She shows the same characteristics as IKE.
These two are the best partners a dog handler can wish for. Their diligence and loyalty humbles me every time when I see them perform. I am very proud to call them my own.
They made it easy for me to take on the responsibility and challenge of explosive detection.
